Your order

Product descriptions, format, and total price are shown before payment. UK delivery and applicable VAT are included in the displayed price. Your order is accepted when we send confirmation after successful payment. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, the price is clearly incorrect, or we cannot lawfully fulfil it.

Production and delivery

Prints are produced to order. UK delivery is usually 7-14 working days, but the estimate is not guaranteed. Risk passes to you when the order is delivered to you or someone you nominate.

Cancellations, returns, and faults

You may cancel within 14 days after receiving the print and must return it within 14 days after notifying us. You pay ordinary return postage. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods. Refunds are made to the original payment method, subject to the return conditions described in our delivery and returns policy.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Images and site content

Buying a print does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce, scan, publish, resell copies of, or commercially exploit the image.

Liability and law

We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

These terms are governed by English law. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you retain any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
